1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. TGSlot operates this same-method policy as a standard anti-fraud measure. Exceptions may be made at TGSlot's discretion where the original payment method is no longer available.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Verification requires submission of valid identity documents as described in Section 2. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals above a minimum threshold, which is set at TGSlot's discretion and may change over time.

Withdrawal processing times vary:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: Typically within 30 minutes to a few hours during business hours.
• Raast transfers: Usually processed same day.
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

Any active bonus balance must be settled — either fully wagered through or forfeited — before a withdrawal of real money is permitted. You cannot withdraw funds that are still subject to an ongoing bonus wagering requirement.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states that it can be combined with another offer.

• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the relevant promotion.
• TGSlot reserves the right to amend, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion before it is cancelled will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on TGSlot are provided by licensed third-party software studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Relax Gaming, and Evolution. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures outcomes are statistically fair and not influenced by TGSlot or the player.

The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the provider and is built into the game software. TGSlot does not alter RTP figures or game mechanics after they have been certified by the provider.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — TGSlot will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state data recorded at the time of the fault. Where a resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round may be returned to the player. Winnings from a faulted round that cannot be verified will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TGSlot. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
3. Using payment methods that belong to another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.

8. Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
9. Sharing, selling, or transferring your TGSlot account to another person.
10. Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting TGSlot support to resolve the issue.

TGSlot monitors all account activity for unusual patterns. Suspected prohibited conduct triggers an internal review. During a review, the account may be temporarily restricted. Players under review will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

TGSlot may suspend or permanently close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity misrepresentation.
• At the player's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. TGSlot will communicate its decision and the reasoning to the player.

Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding terms breach, any verified withdrawable real-money balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through TGSlot's responsible gaming tools may not attempt to open a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any new account detected during an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any deposits made to that account returned.
